Shipping Policy
At Khadija Art and Craft, we want your DIY kits to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship, what it costs, and what to expect after you place an order.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 03 Days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after CUT-OFF TIME, e.g., 5:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
- During sale periods or high-demand times, processing may take slightly longer we'll always try to keep you updated if there's a delay.
- Once your order is packed and handed to our courier partner, you'll receive a confirmation with your tracking details (see Section 5).
2. Shipping Methods Available
We currently ship using the following courier partner:
- Leopards
We choose the most reliable courier based on your delivery location to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping across Pakistan: 150 Rupees
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2500
- Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order no hidden fees.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via EMAIL/SMS/WHATSAPP so you can follow your package's journey.
- You can track your order directly through the courier's website using the tracking number provided, or by contacting us at khadijaartandcraft9@gmail.com with your order number.
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
We work hard to make sure every order arrives on time, but occasionally delays happen due to factors outside our control, such as weather, courier volume, public holidays, or incorrect address details.
If your order is delayed:
- Please allow 2 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reaching out, as this covers most minor courier delays.
- If it's still not delivered after that, contact us at khadijaartandcraft9@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please do not accept the parcel if the packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, where possible.
- If you discover damage after opening, contact us within Same Day of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Incorrect address:
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at khadijaartandcraft9@gmail.com so we can try to update it before dispatch.
Failed delivery attempts:
- If a courier is unable to reach you after 02 delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. In this case, we'll reach out to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Khadija Art and Craft ships only within Pakistan and does not offer international shipping.
(If this changes in the future: We do offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery timeframes range from 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.)
